Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was very comfortable with a lovely big soft bed and a nice big shower. Although there was no sauna, the overall experience was fantastic. The service was a bit rude at times, but they did reassure me that all was good and it's a safe area. The location was perfect for getting around, being less than 5 minutes walk to both the Gare de l'Est and Nord stations. The dining experience was delightful and made our romantic weekend perfect.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located close to the main train stations, offering easy access to transportation around Paris. The service was good overall, with friendly staff who were helpful with information. However, the dining options were not impressive, and the cleanliness of the pre-packaged foods left much to be desired.
Staying at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room facing the terrace seemed larger than expected, but there were issues with mold and worn-out towels. On the bright side, the room had a modern Scandinavian design, comfy bedding, and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet was delightful, the cleanliness exemplary, and the staff welcoming. The convenience of being a short walk to Gare du Nord was a plus.
The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful service, and a good location with easy access to transportation. However, the dining options were limited and some aspects were not welcoming. The hotel provides value for money overall.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were small but exceptionally clean and quiet, ideal for a good night's rest. The service was top-notch, with friendly and welcoming staff who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The location, just a short walk from Gare du Nord, was convenient for transportation, although not exactly in a glamourous area. Despite some minor drawbacks, the value for money was decent considering the amenities provided.
The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, just like what was advertised in the pictures. However, the sound of running water throughout the night was a bit unsettling. The location was very convenient, close to major train stations but could get noisy at night. The dining options were limited but included a nice continental buffet. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel was quite convenient for our needs and all looked very nice with an effective use of available space. However, the room didn't have a lock knob inside and was quite small, with noise coming from below.
The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the Gare du Nord station, with two metro stations close by, making it a good choice for EURO STAR travelers seeking value. The rooms, though not spacious, are nicely designed and serve well for a short stay. The dining experience was a mixed bag with unappetizing pre-packaged foods left out for too long, but at least there was Colombian coffee available. The hotel's small size may be a drawback for some, and there were disappointments in staff attitude and room warmth, yet its proximity to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est make it very convenient for travelers.
